The Challenge

Marzi was envisioned as a solution to tackle the growing need for personalized companionship and support for aging populations. Seniors often face emotional isolation, challenges with routine management, and a lack of accessible tools for digital interaction.

The product had to be:

In addition, the system needed to ensure scalability and adaptability across languages and regional accents, while maintaining a warm, human-like tone.

Our Solution

Conversational Companion Bot

We built Marzi as an empathetic voicebot that can chat with users just like a caring friend. From morning greetings to bedtime check-ins, Marzi engages seniors with positivity and purpose through natural voice interactions, reducing loneliness and promoting mental well-being.

Medication & Routine Management

Marzi allows seniors or caregivers to input reminders for medications, hydration, meals, and more. The voicebot checks in with timely nudges and friendly confirmations, helping users stay on track with their health routines.

Memory & Cognitive Care

Understanding the importance of mental stimulation, we embedded features like storytelling, trivia games, and personalized memory exercises to keep users mentally active and engaged.

Family & Caregiver Integration

Marzi helps seniors stay connected. It can initiate voice calls with loved ones, notify caregivers if a reminder is missed, and sync appointments  creating a safety net without overwhelming the user.

Scalable, Accessible Tech

Designed with accessibility in mind, Marzi runs on basic smartphones or smart home devices via voice interface. The backend supports multi-language conversation logic and is flexible for future use cases like vitals monitoring or telehealth integrations.

User Experience & Empathy

Marzi’s voice and personality were crafted with care, warm, patient, and always respectful. We tested tones, pacing, and vocabulary to make every interaction feel human and emotionally supportive. The visual brand (for those using companion apps) uses large fonts, soft colors, and calming animations to match the comforting voice experience.
